Returns and Exchanges
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
The items must be in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed, with all tags attached.
Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Process for Returns:

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
Include your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) and the completed Return Form.
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method to ensure it reaches us safely. Please send returns to:

Process for Exchanges:

We will guide you through the exchange process and provide instructions on how to return your original item.
Once we receive the original item, we will ship the new item to you. Shipping fees may apply.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
For items returned due to defect or error on our part, we will refund the full cost, including return shipping fees.
Damaged or Defective Items:
